With over 15 years experience, Kim Bachelder Malmsjö has been helping organizations and individuals improve their English language skills, speak with greater confidence, write more effectively and time-efficiently, build vocabulary and communicate more productively in an international work environment. Prior to this, Kim worked in the franchising industry both in the U.S. and Sweden. Having helped independent franchise owners for nearly ten years, Kim gained valuable experience and know-how in the areas of communication, marketing, franchise law, finance and human resources. Kim has a Master of Education from Malmö Högskola and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California.
