Administrative English
Participants get hands-on training in handling specific business situations common to administative personnel. Courses and course material are specifically designed to meet the goals and needs of each participant.  

Our courses are designed to help participants:

  • Improve proficiency in oral/written communications required at work
  • Develop speaking skills needed for customer contact, telephone contact, booking and confirming meetings and/or travel arrangements, coordinating projects, socializing in English
  • Improve writing skills needed for e-mails, confirmation letters, invoices, reports, internal correspondence
  • Become more proficient in using formal and informal business English
  • Build job-specific vocabulary and industry-specific terminology
