Telephone English
Participants get hands-on training in handling specific business situations common to those who work primarily over the telephone. Courses and course material are specifically designed to meet the goals and needs of each participant.  

Our courses are designed to help participants:

  • Improve proficiency in oral/written communications required at work
  • Develop speaking skills needed for customer contact, presenting information, selling and marketing products, making travel arrangements, market research
  • Improve writing skills needed for e-mails, invoices, confirmation letters, orders
  • Become more proficient in using formal and informal business English
  • Build job-specific vocabulary and industry-specific terminology
